I designed this resource as a PDF that could be easily printed and placed somewhere you would notice it each day, such as on the fridge, in your work space, tucked into your laptop sleeve or appointment book. I advocate for DAILY if not HOURLY self-care rituals that keep you feeling energized, replenished and where negative thoughts and emotions can be overtaken by a positive sense of well-being.
The document contains 100 ideas for caring for yourself, most of which are free and would only require items that you already own. It also contains some affirmations at the bottom, reminding you of the importance of daily acts of self-love.
